Whole Wheat Challah French Toast


French toast gets a bad reputation for being an unhealthy choice, but there are so many creative ways to make it healthy and super delicious. This french toast is made with whole wheat challah slices dipped in a mixture of raw eggs and cinnamon. After dipping, I put the challah pieces in a ghee coated pan and let them cook for about 3 minutes on each side. After, I sprinkled with more cinnamon and topped it all with Jem Organics Cinnamon Maca Almond Butter + Goji and Mulberries.
