Veggie Burger and Brown Rice Bowl

This bowl was super simple to make with my meal prepped foods (cut up peppers and coconut oil brown rice -- literally just cook brown rice in water that has a drop of coconut oil in it). I sautéed a Hilary's Eat Well Burger (ate half for dinner, took the other half for lunch at school) with the peppers in avocado oil and made an easy side salad with tomato/avocado/micro greens/EVOO/salt & pepper.
