Macro Bowl of My Dreams


A macro bowl basically means a bowl that has protein, veggies, and a grain. In lieu of a true grain, I used zoodles here with rainbow cauliflower, freeze dried beets, grilled pineapple, beetroot hummus, buffalo shredded chicken, and topped it all with microgreens. A generally good way to tell how healthy your dinner is is to look at how colorful it is (color has to come from unprocessed foods). More colors = more nutrients.
