Doctor Kracker CrackersThese are my very favorite and can definitely serve as a bigger snack/lunch if you eat a few. These crackers come in different flavors, but my favorites come with some combination of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, and whole oats. Topped here with avocado smash, tomatoes and salt/pepper/chia. Optional balsamic vinegar on top. So good!
